About Our Family

In our travels we have been to Texas, and the state of Washington and Washington dc area. We have indeed met people who we will stay in touch will forever:)The hardest part of being in the military is making good friends and having to move and say good-bye :( We are staying out on the East coast, Virginia to be exact!!!

My kids are my world and id be so lost without them. They drive me to do better each day and never fail to make me smile each and everyday :)They are my everything!

On July 24th, 2006, Jacob came into our lives. What an amazing kid he has become, now 5 years later. So far, we have been blessed as he has not had any complications due to his severe hemophilia. I still give him his factor through his mediport which he will recieve for the rest of his life. Its hard to believe he is in kindergarden now which he absolutely LOVES!He's such a funny smart boy!I am so proud of him!

I am so grateful for my family and friends back home as we miss them all so very much .

Miss Cora arrived April 23rd, 2010 and what a blessing she is:)She is so funny and is such a fast learner!!! She definitely keeps us all on our toes :) She amazes me each and everyday and she is growing waaaaay to fast right before our eyes. She is gonna be a talker (just like her brother).
We are expecting a 3rd addition to our family late February :)

I LOVE YOU JACOB AND CORA.....YOU TWO KEEP ME GOING :)

Battling the crowds

So we did go to get our shot, although apparently their website had the wrong info about who they were vaccinating that day which was children ages 4-10 ONLY!!! So after all we got it(barely), the first lady who stamped our papers was kinda lost and just kinda let us through. Then when it was time to actually get the shots the lady said"wow they let you both through!" So i guess im kinda relieved we got em although it really is too late kinda since we are in Novemeber as we shoulda got em at least in October. But thats the government for ya, they say one things and another happens. But dont get me started on our oh so wonderful president. Way to go America for voting him in office! What good he's done so far.
Anyways, I was up at 6 am then woke Jacob up at 620 and we were outta the house at 630! We got there about 730. It was in Virginia so it was a bit of a drive. THEN, we had to wait til 9 am which is when the doors opened. All in all it went pretty quickly but we always in such amazement in how many foreingers are in the crap hole of an area. Its seriously unreal!!!
So we will hopefully get orders SOON and what it looks like many are getting orders for fort cambell which i think is in kentucky which would suck too since thats still so far from home. Also he found out too that 90 % will deploy 6 months after the course is done. And also found out info supporting that saying that they are needing nurses October of 2010 which is 8 months after his nursing is done is Februaury. Ugh, to say the least im super sad as if thats true he will miss the exact same time period he missed with Jacob with the new baby. Gosh i really hate the Army, just as much as this place, so i really hope we get good news soon and we will be somewhat closer to the west coast.
