About Our Family

In our travels we have been to Texas, and the state of Washington and Washington dc area. We have indeed met people who we will stay in touch will forever:)The hardest part of being in the military is making good friends and having to move and say good-bye :( We are staying out on the East coast, Virginia to be exact!!!

My kids are my world and id be so lost without them. They drive me to do better each day and never fail to make me smile each and everyday :)They are my everything!

On July 24th, 2006, Jacob came into our lives. What an amazing kid he has become, now 5 years later. So far, we have been blessed as he has not had any complications due to his severe hemophilia. I still give him his factor through his mediport which he will recieve for the rest of his life. Its hard to believe he is in kindergarden now which he absolutely LOVES!He's such a funny smart boy!I am so proud of him!

I am so grateful for my family and friends back home as we miss them all so very much .

Miss Cora arrived April 23rd, 2010 and what a blessing she is:)She is so funny and is such a fast learner!!! She definitely keeps us all on our toes :) She amazes me each and everyday and she is growing waaaaay to fast right before our eyes. She is gonna be a talker (just like her brother).
We are expecting a 3rd addition to our family late February :)

I LOVE YOU JACOB AND CORA.....YOU TWO KEEP ME GOING :)

1 more day to go.......................

This past weekend we went to the only nice mall that we've found over here although its like 30 minutes or so away depending on traffic. This was at Bass Pro Shop. Santa was there(and it looked like Santa)!!! Jacob was amazed that he actually saw him but we didnt wanna wait in the incredibly long line to see him since he was more interested in the train display that they had set up. Plus we are positive we will see Santa in Disneyworld.
This is Jacob being Jacob. He gets so silly at night time when it gets close to bedtime. Id much rather him be silly than cranky for sure though :) He loves to make silly faces and he always asks us to make a funny face then says to ask him. LOL
He was saying "cheese" for the picture and the Mickey was from my mom who got this at Macy's for him to take with us so we dont spend an incredible amount on a Mickey there, although I think we will definitely buy more stuff like picture frames, ect!!!

This was also at the Bass Pro Shop last weekend. He loved playin with all the toy guns. Jon put the cowboy hat on him. He looked so cute :)

So we are leaving tomorrow and we are all SUPER excited. I just hope that things go smoothly and we all have tons of fun. I dont see though how we cant considering where we are going :) Its about a 14 hour drive but there are no mountain ranges we have to pass through. The temp out theres suppose to be in the 60's and 70's which is much nicer than here where the lows are gonna be in the loe 20's with snow all day Saturday now. The high's arent suppose to get above the 30's and 40's here so we will definitely have to adjust to the cold again when we get back. We are thinkin we will probably get back very late xmas eve but prolly not til xmas morning super early. We dunno yet what time we are gonna head back up here. We are gonna play it by ear and see how things go. We are gonna try tho to get home xmas eve so we can have the whole xmas morn experience at home and Jacob can wake up to see what Santa brought him :) Wish us luck and hopefully we will have a wonderful time as we all so desperately need time to spend together in a fun way as a family as things have been super tough, especially lately with Jon bein on night shift. We hardly see him!
