So all we need now is to get the last 2 papers into the housing office to be assigned to a house. Its so very exciting, although not as much as it would be if we were moving closer to home but at least we will have the backyard, garage, and also it'll be a 3 bedroom house that's super spacious. On the downside, it does have stairs(we will be installing 2 gates that open and close at the bottom and top of the stairs) and we have to buy our own washer and dryer. Since all utilities are being paid we are gonna get the cheapest most unefficient ones out there. So far I think we are gonna go with the pair at Home Depot which are like ge or whirlpool. Weve been looking at so many I forget the brand. But they are only like 279 each so not too bad. They come deliver and set up for free also so thats a big plus. We are just hoping that everything will work out for us since time just keeps going faster and faster til the baby comes and we really dont have anything yet since we dont want to have to move anything. once we get the house though we will hopefully be able to get things set up in time. We probably are gonna wait a bit to get the crib since we have a bassinet we are gonna use for a month or so then we will buy a crib. They can be so pricy too, I never know what to buy. Im gonna read reviews and check out prices all over first.
i cant wait to work in the yard and get things all ready. Jonathan has less than a month now til graduation and im seriously so proud of him for all he has accomplished but am hoping he will be a bit family orientated after all this is over with! We will be able to have our boat at our house too which the last time we checked on it in storage, the cover had torn in 2 places adn there is now 3-4 inches of solid ice at the bottom. Its so bad in many ways, it can makes leakes and also I spent so much time and effort on the non-skid bottom I applied on it which im so hoping is not ruined. It'll be nice to thaw it out and fix it up again.
