Just a quick update on everything while I hopefully have 5 minutes!!!
So things around here are a bit more in order. Things are finally getting into more of a routine although it has been hard since she still doesnt like to sleep more than 3-4 hours at a time and that's if im lucky. One night she had a 4 1/2 hour period then the other day she was up every 1 1/2 which was sooooooo hard to recover from. Jonathan is still sleeping in Jacobs bed and Jacob has decided he would sleep with me although the baby cries, not as much, but still!!! It surprisingly doesnt wake him up which shocks me.
It has been so hot and humid out here, its miserable and make me not look forward to the summer. Jacob has a cold AGAIN, which is wonderful since he insists on sleeping with me and im so afraid of the baby getting really sick but so far shes just a little stuffed up. I try to get them to keep their distance but yea like thats totally possible.
The last time the baby was weighed she was 9lbs. 4 ozs, so im sure she is way more now. She is gettin so chunky and long. She is already almost outta most of her 3 months stuff which sucks since she doesnt really have anything past that!!! If only I had a baby shower. Man and the amount of diapers they go through is just crazy.
I cant believe she is almost 6 weeks old and that Jacob is gonna be 4 years old already.
Im still hoping that things will get easier but I guess thats how it is with having kids; your lives are forever changed!
Oh, and Jonathan may volunteer to deploy so he can re-enlist while hes there to be stationed at Fort Lewis. Its basically our only ticket outta here. There are obvious ups and downs which we are seriously weighing right now. I am so tired of not being near friends and family and now with the kids, it would be nice to be able to talk and hang out with my friends.
Gotta end this a bit short as the baby is fussin and its about time for jacobs bath!
