Ugh, so what an annoying weekend and week this has turned out to be. Our washing machine broke friday afternoon and since they didnt consider it an emergency they said we would have to wait until monday. so monday comes and goes.......nothing. Tuesday comes(and after id called a million times) they come around 4:10(which they are off at 5). They fiddle around with it and blah blah blah........say its fixed, when I knew it wasnt. Tried to do a load of towels, as we are outta many key things......doesnt wash em. So I call em back, yup they will be back in the morning, although ive heard that before. They said we will most likely need a new washing machine, which im somewhat happy about since this ones like a hundred years old. BUT they said it could take a while. A while, so whats a while, I asked? Maybe a month?!?!?!? Seriously what am I suppose to do for a month. We cant even go 4 days!!! So they said they could just keep giving us keys to vacant apts to use theirs. Yea, lemme carry our dirty clothes in bags all around the apts using washing machines. Going up and downs 3 flights of stairs each time. Being a high risk pregnancy, this stress along with other stress I have right now which im not gonna talk about. But seriously this is ridiculous. Usually I do a load or 2 a day of laundry, plus when I wash our bedding. My goodness, corporates gonna get ANOTHER call from me tomorrow, although they dont seem to care much as they couldnt even return any of my phone calls.
Sorry this post isnt too interesting, just needed to vent as I am super frustrated with these apartments right now!!!
