About Our Family

In our travels we have been to Texas, and the state of Washington and Washington dc area. We have indeed met people who we will stay in touch will forever:)The hardest part of being in the military is making good friends and having to move and say good-bye :( We are staying out on the East coast, Virginia to be exact!!!

My kids are my world and id be so lost without them. They drive me to do better each day and never fail to make me smile each and everyday :)They are my everything!

On July 24th, 2006, Jacob came into our lives. What an amazing kid he has become, now 5 years later. So far, we have been blessed as he has not had any complications due to his severe hemophilia. I still give him his factor through his mediport which he will recieve for the rest of his life. Its hard to believe he is in kindergarden now which he absolutely LOVES!He's such a funny smart boy!I am so proud of him!

I am so grateful for my family and friends back home as we miss them all so very much .

Miss Cora arrived April 23rd, 2010 and what a blessing she is:)She is so funny and is such a fast learner!!! She definitely keeps us all on our toes :) She amazes me each and everyday and she is growing waaaaay to fast right before our eyes. She is gonna be a talker (just like her brother).
We are expecting a 3rd addition to our family late February :)

I LOVE YOU JACOB AND CORA.....YOU TWO KEEP ME GOING :)

ITS SNOWING :)

Jacob was proud of his drawing!!! he gets better and better all the time!
Jacob being Jacob. silly like always. he just got done signing a card for grama and grandpa :)
Just gettin back from dropping off Zoey. The snow distracted him for a second then he realized Zoey wasnt with us :(

Throwing snowballs on the patio at the window trying to get me.lol

Zoey was out there eatin all the snow .

So it started to snow way early today. I was up around 8am since I had to drop Zoey off at Petsmart for her comprehensive exam and it started to snow on the way home.
Then after about 2 hours of leaving her they called and said she was ready which was good since I was planning to make my tamales today and hadnt yet started. So we headed out to pick her up. It was so sad when we dropped her off cuz Jacob threw the biggest fit assuming that we were going to leave her there forever. I felt so bad but when he heard that we were leaving to go get her, he threw his clothes and shoes on so fast it was cute :)
So after we got home I made the masa and soaked the husks and began filling the tamales(I made the meat yesterday), which all in all made about 4 dozen. I must say it is so much work for one person. I think I started filling them around 4 and was done about 6. The meat took about 3 hours all in all from cutting it up to finishing!
Jacob got to play in the snow for a little bit but he doesnt have any gloves so his hand got extrememly cold fast, so we only let him play for a bit. Then later on after I was done with the tamales I took him and Zoey downstairs to play for a bit in the snow. Zoey loves the snow but hates the rain. Shes so silly! The two of them had so much fun together. They were both being dorks. Jacob was throwing snow at Zoey and she was jumping in the air trying to catch it.
Today marks the halfway point in my pregnancy. I cant believe 20 weeks has gone by and only 20 more to go!!!
We only have 2 weeks til our trip and we are seriously gettin so anxious!!!
